This Saturday sees the final auditions show for Britain's Got Talent before the live semi-finals begin on Monday night, leading up to the live final on Saturday 31st May
The final audition show for Britain's Got Talent has arrived! For the past 6 weeks the Britain's Got Talent Judges have travelled hundreds of miles and seen thousands of acts and now their journey comes to an end.
This week the show will feature the final audition acts from England, Scotland and Wales. The final part of the show will feature the Deliberation element and sees the Judges announce who has made the Live Semi-Finals of Britain's Got Talent starting on Bank Holiday Monday at 9pm on ITV1.
As always each act has to impress self appointed King of Cool Piers Morgan, one women water fountain Amanda Holden and the shy and retiring Simon Cowell.
A face of spoons
First on stage this week is Joe Allison, 9, from Devon who wants to show the Judges that he can balance 14 spoons on his face. With all the spoons balancing on young Joe's face has he done enough to convince the Judges that this is a great talent worthy of the semi finals?
Letting it all hang out with Urban Gypsies
Urban Gypsies are a group of middle aged ladies from Stockport who include a Nursery Nurse, Primary school teacher and a Dinner lady. After their performance, Amanda says "I really enjoyed that – very entertaining", Piers isn't so impressed he says "You didn't rock my Kaz Bar and you've proved dancing is for young fit people", which makes the audience boo. Simon asks "What's your name, third row on right, you need a support bra darling". But will they get the Judges support?
Sexy and Saucy Magic with Deans of Magic
This act is sure to get the men watching - Claudine and Carl mix glamour and sensuality with the presentation of illusion, when the audience sees all the elements together its definitely a very sensual act.
Can 13 yr old Darren Osbourne fulfil his dreams as a Comedian?
Darren Osbourne, 13, has come to do stand up comedy and has bought his entire family along to support him. A very humble and nervous Darren starts his routine – has he got those all important funny bones to wow the audience and most importantly the Judges?
Blue – the Snooker playing dog!
Blue – the Snooker playing dog is definitely an act that could only appear on Britain's Got Talent. Blue's owner Jeff says "I've had Blue for 11 years and he comes everywhere with me, that includes to the pub and he loves a game of pool – he used to play darts too but he's too old now" Has Blue got what it takes to excite the Judges, can he pot his own goal and go through to the next round?
So far this year in the competition Scotland has been a disaster for talent so a lot rests on the shoulders of this final act from the 2008 auditions.
The Scottish Singing Plumber
Andrew Muir, 24, from West Lothian has come to the Britain's Got Talent auditions to sing. On stage, Andrew walks on to a big cheer (and a few wolf whistles) and announces he's a plumber. Andrew starts singing Paolo Nutini's Rewind – will the singing plumber be a hit with the audience?
Deliberation
The time has finally arrived as the Judges decide which of the 177 acts they've put through the past 7 weeks can make one of the 40 Live Semi-Final places.
All of the acts arrive nervously to a London theatre and wait patiently to be told by the Judges if they're going home or continuing with their Britain's Got Talent journey to the Live Semi-Finals starting on Bank Holiday Monday at 9pm on ITV1.
The Live Semi Finals start on Monday at 9pm and run nightly for six nights culminating in the live final on Saturday 31st May.
On each live semi final eight acts will perform. The act with the highest number of votes from the public automatically goes through to Saturday's final. The second and third placed act on public vote will face the Judges and they will choose their favourite act to go through to Saturday night - resulting in 10 acts in the final from each of the five semi finals.
