BT Vision: Freeview with a plus - BT Vision from BT Broadband - BT Vision: Digital TV on your terms

BT Vision is the digital TV service for BT Total Broadband customers. BT Vision puts you in control of your TV entertainment. With no annual contract, Freeview channels and the ability to dip in and out of all the exclusive BT Vision 'on demand' content at the touch of a button, BT Vision is ideal for people who want greater choice, without being tied to a pricey, long-term contract. BT Vision has something for everyone, from films and football, from cartoons to classical concerts – all at a price you can afford. Choose to pay-per-view or save money with BT Vision's great flexible monthly entertainment packages. It really is TV on your terms.

BT Vision gives you:

  • The latest films - available at the same time as Sky Box Office, but costing you less
  • Live football from the Barclays Premier League and Clydesdale Bank Premier League
  • Access to more than 70 Freeview TV and radio channels, 80 hours of digital recording capability, plus the ability to pause and rewind live TV

With the new football season just starting there has never been a better time to sign up to BT Vision. Existing BT Total Broadband customers pay a one off connection fee of just £30. For new customers you only have to pay a one off connection fee of £30 to begin to access the services.

Plus, right now BT Vision now brings you FREE Setanta Sports (usually £9.99 per month) when you take the BT Vision value pack at just £14 per month. The Value Pack gives you unlimited viewing of all programmes in the TV, TV Replay, Music and Kids' packs. A one-off viewing card fee of £10 applies.

This season Setanta Sports brings you LIVE coverage from every round of the FA Cup, crucial home nations World Cup qualifiers and the Community Shield. You can also enjoy the usual 46 great Barclays Premier League matches, 60 Clydesdale Bank Premier League games, plus a whole range of other sports.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET BT VISION?

You must have BT Total Broadband to get BT Vision. You also need two standard electricity sockets, which will be used to power the BT Home Hub and the BT Vision Set Top Box (V-box). These must be located near to the TV set that you will be using to view BT Vision. If you only have one you will need to buy an extension cable.

BT Vision connects to your TV using a SCART cable (supplied - so your TV will need a SCART socket but almost all TVs in use today have one). You will also need an aerial to connect to your V-box so you can receive Freeview and benefit from the Personal Video Recorder (PVR) functionality.

To get the Freeview channels, you will also need to be in a Freeview reception area. Even if you can't get Freeview, you will still be able to use BT Vision's On Demand and interactive services, while getting regular TV channels through your aerial. However, you won't be able to use our Personal Video Recorder (PVR) functions like pausing live TV and recording up to 80 hours of programmes.
